Introducing....the Triplets!

For those of you who don't know, I am now nannying triplets! Since my niece Olivia is the same age, Leah and I like to have playdates and picnics often. Here they are being good helpers and carrying the picnic basket. (From Left; Gage, Alissa, Olivia, Justin, Dylan)

There was a stage at the park. The kids decided to perform. Look at those girls dance!

Excuses, Excuses

Well, I know you guys haven't seen an interesting post for a while. I promise pictures will be coming soon.

I've been so busy since the move. Life has really picked up. I work twelve hours a day m-f. I work as a nanny for four year old triplets, and I think that says it all. I come home so very exhausted every day. On top of that, I have a million and a half things to do for the wedding, but I'm so glad Trevor's mom is helping so much, or should I say doing pretty much everything for the California reception. I'd be way too overwhelmed if I had to do both receptions. Thanks Ruth! She's also coming up with great ideas for my Utah reception. And my wedding planner, Leah, is pretty great too. She found the GREATEST cake. I love it so much, and it will be easy to do myself. Plus apartment shopping for when Trevor and I are married isn't as easy as I thought it would be. I get frustrated because not one landlord or renter has picked up their phones or called me back. It's pretty upsetting. I would like a place to live when we are wed. I just can't wait to be married. I found such a great guy. I love him so much!

I found my wedding dress!!!!

It is designed after Christina Wu. Here are two links to give you a basic idea of what my dress will look like. Mine will have sleeves, though.

Similar bottom

Similar beading and top

The second dress looks more closely like it, but without the bow.

Goodbye Connecticut

I'm gone. I'm actually in Arizona right now visiting my father's side of the family. I will be home tomorrow evening.

I miss my girls.

Cheering up. Thanks Brit.

I named him Lil' Greasemonkey. I pretty much love him.

Um, I'd like to file a complaint.

Trevor bought my ring too large. We called the store to ask them how long it would take to resize it. They told us 7-10 days. We brought it in, and they told us 12 days, which to you guys might not seem like much more of a difference, but to a girl who is DIEING to show it off, it's forever. Especially when she's already had to go to church twice unable to show it to everyone. Well, the twelve days are up, and we are now standing at two weeks, and it is still not in. Not only that, but when we call, the lady is SO rude on the phone about it. This is sort of what it looks like, except mine is white gold. It's a little different, but you get the idea.

Meet Miquita

She's Trevana's sister.

We can learn something new every day, but some lessons are bigger than others.

Today, I learned for myself what happens when you put foil in the microwave. I have heard about it, but I actually got to see it in real life!

I was making lunch for myself at my boss' house. They put their peanut butter in the fridge, and that makes it hard. I like it really soft, so I thought I'd stick it in the microwave for about 20 seconds. 15 seconds later WEIRD flashy things started happening. I guess there was some leftover foil on the top from the seal. Shhh. Don't tell my bosses.

Mi Casa

I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you one of my favorite things about my apartment: Cooking is teamwork. Although we've disabled the hyper-sensitive alarm in the kitchen, cooking is still a team sport. While one chops and bakes, the other holds the fan by the alarm in the hall. Oh what joy it is.
